Healthy food is in right now, and junk food is sooo out. For those junk food addicts, replace your snacks now with some healthy foods that fulfills your nutrition needs equally and it keeps you full!

Replace Pizza With :  Sushi
Sushi is probably the most popular Japanese food. Sushi is made of raw fish that has rice on it and seaweed on the outer walls. Sushi's fillings vary. Different kinds of fish can be included in the fillings. Vegetables like cucumber sliced in little pieces are also included in the fillings. Fish is a good source of protein, which is a nutrition that we need each day. My school offers sushi for snacks. The fillings contain pieces of scrambled eggs, cucumber and carrots. No fish there, but it is a good idea to replace fish when the fish isn't available.
Pieces of scrambled eggs is a source for protein, cucumber and carrots offer vitamins, rice provides carbohydrates and seaweed provides a bit of carbohydrates and protein. It's not very complete, but if you eat three sushi that has the diameter of 4cm it would make you full until lunch time!

Replace Soda With :  Juice
Juice can be made of any kind of fruit you want. Apples, bananas, melons, watermelons, oranges and more! You can even mix it up. It is best that you drink pure juice. By pure juice I mean no sugar, at all. Pure juice contains only the fruits, which will leave only the vitamins to drink, and not much carbohydrates. It is best that you mix up around 2-3 fruits together, so that it will form enough good vitamins. It is up to your decision though if you would like to mix more than 3 fruits or even less.

Replace Movie Theater Popcorns With :  Popcorns With No Butter.
Butter is a source of fat, if you realize it or not. If you would like to stay slim, and enjoy popcorns too, ask for popcorns with no butter. The salty taste will decrease, but at least you're healthier and slimmer!
Now think logically. If you combine carbohydrates + fat together, it is a guarantee that you'll get even more bloated. Carbohydrates are chains of sugars that are absorbed by the body transformed into glucose to provide energy. If this energy from carbohydrates are not used, it is a guarantee that the carbohydrates will be stored as fat. So, think twice now!

Replace Chips With :  Cereals With No Milk.
Cereals come in different flavors. Chocolate, various fruit flavors, or just a plain taste with a hint of sweetness or saltiness. It's not necessary that you eat these cereals with milk. When you're out somewhere, bring a small plastic bowl with a lid that contains mixed cereals together. When you're hungry, you can always munch on these cereals!
